Chair-Side Efficiency
Dental labs face pressure to reduce turnaround times while maintaining precision. Manual model fabrication is slow and labor-intensive.
Patient-Specific Fit
Every dental restoration and appliance must fit a unique patient anatomy. Sub-millimeter accuracy is non-negotiable for clinical outcomes.
Material Biocompatibility
Intraoral devices require materials tested for cytotoxicity, mucosal contact, and in some cases, long-term biocompatibility certification.
3D Printing Solutions for Dental
Orthodontic Models
Print precise study models and thermoforming bases from intraoral scan data in under 2 hours per arch.
Surgical Guides
Patient-specific implant surgical guides printed in biocompatible resin for precise drill positioning and angulation.
Aligner Molds
Print sequential aligner molds for clear aligner therapy. Dimensional accuracy of ±0.05 mm ensures precise tooth movement staging.
Crown & Bridge Patterns
Castable resin patterns for lost-wax investment casting of crowns, bridges, and partial denture frameworks.

Dental Compliance & Quality
Our dental-grade resins come with biocompatibility documentation including cytotoxicity testing per ISO 10993-5. Printed parts are suitable for short-term intraoral contact and indirect patient applications. We provide lot traceability and material safety data sheets for integration into your dental lab quality system.
Frequently Asked Questions
What resolution can dental models achieve?
Our mSLA printers deliver XY resolution of 50 microns and Z resolution of 25 microns — sufficient for orthodontic models, surgical guides, and castable patterns.
Can I print directly from intraoral scanner data?
Yes. Export the scan as an STL file and upload it directly. Most intraoral scanners (iTero, TRIOS, Medit) export STL natively.
Are the resins autoclavable?
Standard dental resins are not autoclavable but can be cold-sterilized. For autoclave compatibility, SLS PA12 is an alternative for non-intraoral applications.
How many models can you produce per day?
Our mSLA printers can produce 10–20 dental models per build plate. For high-volume labs, we can scale to multiple daily builds.
Do you offer castable resins for metal frameworks?
Yes. Our castable resin burns out cleanly at 700 °C with zero ash residue, suitable for investment casting of precious and non-precious metal frameworks.
